Devair HVAC compressors are specifically designed to meet the needs of HVAC specialists.
In our SDI models, splash lubricated cast iron pumps are designed for high air delivery at low speeds, reducing wear and downtime. Factory equipped with optional magnetic starters, ASME standard air receivers and OSHA standard belt guard make these safe and energy efficient units for your HVAC and other small horsepower projects.
SDI compressors are covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty. 

Devair offers two lines of compressed air dryers:

ProDry ASD - suited for most compressed air applications

and ProDry HTD - designed for high temperature compressed air. 

A refrigerated air dryer lowers the temperature of the compressed air forcing moisture to condense out and actually lowering the dew point of the air. This prevents or minimizes further condensation from occurring in the air lines and tools downstream.

ECOTRON OFFERS A COMPLETE SOLUTION TO THE CONDENSATE DISPOSAL PROBLEM

The condensate discharged by a lubricated air compressor contains a significant quantity of oil and solid particles that, if not properly removed, will seriously pollute the environment. This mixture is classified as hazardous waste that cannot be discharged into municipal sewage systems unless the oil and contaminants are removed. Ecotron filters do just that.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The system is based upon a simple process of filtration in 2 stages through 2 different filters From the inlet connection, condensation is introduced into a noise/pressure reduction pre-chamber to allow the condensate to flow smoothly inside the separator. In this chamber, solid particles are retained-by the demister path, and any residual, de-compressed air is discharged from the top part through an odor-removing activated carbon filter. After this initial stage the mixture of water and oil flows via gravity down through the first filter which, thanks to its physical characteristics, intercepts "only" the oil, and the water is consequently free to flow into the second stage of filtration where a deep bed of activated carbon adsorbs any residual traces of oil, before the water is discharged from the outlet port. A patented electronic device located next to the first filter which gradually indicates the efficiency level of the first filter, allowing an easy check up of the unit. When the filter is saturated an alarm is shown on the display, and a remote free contact advises the operator when the filters must be replaced.

Series "A" FILTERS FOR COMPRESSED AIR 

Small particles of oil, dust and other contaminants can pass through your process line and cause problems downstream. Devair's "Series A" filters effectively remove up to 99.9% of these particles and reduce quality problems and downtime.

The internal drain is standard with each housing.

S SERIES SEPARATOR/FILTERS
Mechanical separator and 5 micron coalescing filter Removes large liquid loads and all solid particles 5 microns and larger. Use as a separator downstream of the aftercooler or point-of-use filter where heavy liquid loads are expected (air systems without aftercoolers or dryers).

A SERIES AIR LINE FILTER
One micron coalescing filter removes all liquid water,oil aerosols and all solid particles one micron and larger. Use as a general filter for shop air; a prefilter for high efficiency filters; an afterfilter for pressureswing desiccant dryers; a point-of-use filter on systems utilizing aftercoolers or dryers.

E SERIES HIGH EFFICIENCY OIL REMOVAL FILTERS
0.1 micron coalescing filters coalesce and remove 99.99+% of oil aerosols for virtually oil free air. Use with oil-lubricated compressors to produce oil free air for painting (spray and powder), molding for plastics, instrumentation and controls, fluid logic and air bearings.

V SERIES OIL VAPOR REMOVAL FILTERS
Activated carbon adsorbent filter removes oil vapor and odor. Use in food and drug packaging where compressed air contacts product, for deodorizing air exhausted into worker environments.
