Although we were at one time part of the same large corporation, we have always focused on  products for industrial and commercial customers, and we have been separate, unrelated companies since 1990. We realize that this history, and the similarity in company names causes considerable confusion. However, we do not manufacture the products that DeVilbiss Air Power sells, nor do we carry service parts or provide assistance with service or warranty issues for their products. Please contact the company who sold you the compressor to help you with your problem, or at least give you the correct manufacturer to contact.
